The UK’s first ever online conference and awards for the Lighting Industry- be educated and informed without ever having to leave your desk

With it’s aim of addressing some of the existing problems within the lighting industry, the Lighting Solutions Conference and Awards, hosted by Lighting and Interiors Online will combine the expertise of industry experts from across Europe with a view to educate and inform through an in depth conference. We will also be hosting an awards ceremony to educate the industry on the best companies and products that the lighting industry has to offer and inform them on which are the best companies that are fulfilling the need for total lighting solution. What makes this different from other industry conferences? It is the UK’s first and only entirely online industry conference, still with all of the speakers, all of the discussion and all of the valuable information, but without the cost or the inconvenience. You won’t even have to leave your own desk. The conference will be an entirely new, completely unique opportunity that has been born out of feedback from the industry itself. The online format will allow you to choose what you want to see from the conference, when you want it, and give you the opportunity to pick and choose which parts of the conference to see for only £9.99, you’ll be able to access all of the conference materials, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for a total of six months.

“I’m very aware that there’s a level of distrust when it comes to the lighting industry, and it’s true that some cowboys are ruining it for the reliable ones. But if you look out for some key guarantees when choosing a maintenance company, you’ll see the industry in a new light!” –

Andy Chell, Sales and Marketing Manager at Greenlite Lighting Solutions.

The conference is dedicated to discussing the future of lighting and electronics as a whole and will play host to twelve key speakers who are all experts in their field plus a judging panel who are totally independent, the likes of which include experts from Arrow Electronics, LUXTSI Laboratories, with many more still to be announced. Through our jam packed programme filled with forums, Q&A sessions and of course the awards celebrations which will also take place online, we are, for the first time, giving the opportunity for debate for the entire industry, from wholesalers to independent lighting designers and everyone in between, to discuss issues and learn how best to find the correct lighting solutions for projects industry wide. The difference being? The longevity of our online format means that this discussion won’t end after only 2 days but be available for further debate, at any time, on the web.

“At RCL and Precision Lighting, we don’t set about designing lighting products, rather we look to create lighting solutions. Both companies design equipment to solve practical applications, meeting the requirements of our individual clients. The Lighting Solutions Conference is the ideal platform for us, as a manufacturer, to highlight the technical aspects of our products and to help customers understand how they can be best applied to real world situations.”Spence Baxter, Sales Director at Remote Controlled Lighting and Precision Lighting.

Our LSCA also intends to put to bed the favoritism of other industry awards ceremonies which tend to award only those who spend the most. Our awards will utilize a completely unbiased, independent panel of judges all of whom are established members of the industry themselves. They will judge from ten different categories and entrants, all of whom have made a significant difference in finding solutions will be judged upon their long term contribution to lighting solutions and the various schemes they have in place. The awards will allow us to celebrate those who have a true concern for finding the best solutions for their clients.

The Lighting Solutions Conference and Awards is an absolute must for all lighting professionals and companies within the industry and will cover a broad range of topics from showing what businesses, products and schemes to use – as well as what not to use all the way through to helping you with how to handle the specifying process correctly and how to develop long term instead of short term fixes. It’s an event not to be missed, and one that for a one off payment of £9.99 will be available to you and your colleagues at all times over the six month period.
